How to save time and be more efficient on social media

Yep, we all have the same problem, how do we save time yet be more effective? Well here are the Borg King's top tips to get more out of your social media marketing:
  1. Keep a notepad and pen (or i-phone) with you at all time and make notes on interesting things patients say to you, then use your answers as content for blogs
  2. Schedule 30 minutes in your diary as a repeating event every 2 weeks to write a blog, then use the content from your notepad as insspiration
  3. Schedule 10 minutes per day to listen to what other dentists on Facebook and Twitter are talking about, make notes and use this as inspiration
  4. Do one thing at a time, don't get side tracked at looking at photos or engaging in meaningless chitter chatter, treat this as a business marketing excerice... you can always chat online at home later
  5. Sign up to Social Media Borg (well we would say that wouldn't we!) this will bring all your inboxes in to one united place and reduce time further
So dudes, what other tips do you have on being more effective when marketing online?
